BEW is following all recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control, Illinois Department of Public Health and the City of Chicago Department of Public Health to prevent and mitigate the spread of COVID-19 within BEW and the community.

In order to protect our staff and members from exposure and minimize disruption in services we have made adjustments to our current operations.


BEW has required employees to work remotely to serve our members. While we maintain our current operations, our physical headquarters will only be accessible on the following days:

Monday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm 
Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: 9:00 am -1:00pm
Thursday: 9:00 am -1:00pm
Friday: Closed


We continue to accept referrals, complete evaluations, and provide therapy, case management and psychiatric services through tele-health platforms. Please contact us at (773) 722-7900 and we will assist you.

For Safekeeping: In order to ensure social distancing guidelines are followed and minimize risk of COVID -19 spread, members should arrive within their designated program time frames as follows:


For CST Monday & Thursday at 9:30 am

For CCP/PSR Monday & Thursday at 10:00 am

For PATH Monday & Thursday at 10:30 am

For AOP Monday & Thursday at 11:00 am

If you miss your program appointment time, please arrive between 11:15am – 12pm to be served.
